“And now abideth faith, hope, charity…but the greatest of these is charity.”
 I Corinthians 13:13

For over 53 years, the generosity of Oklahoma Methodist Manor donors has played a key role in building a community that has been a symbol of quality senior living in Mid-Town Tulsa.

Through the support of our many friends, no member has ever had to leave OMM because of an inability to pay for his or her residency or health care.

Donations also fund all of The Manor’s capital expenses – physical structures, equipment and furnishings.   Because of this generous support The Manor is able to offer hospitality and service in a Christian community that has earned a reputation for excellence and a place to feel right at home.

Annual Giving

The Cornerstone Fund is The Manor’s annual campaign, instituted to finance programs and operations that help OMM maintain its leadership position with exceptional service, innovative practices and compassionate care for older adults. This fund offers donors the opportunity to make direct gifts to support important areas of need.
Specific program areas of the Cornerstone Fund include:

  • Friends of The Manor’s Annual Fund.  This fund supports the programs that allow Members to enjoy physical, spiritual and emotional wellness that enhances quality of life.
  • Supplemental Aid.  This program addresses the needs of current and future Members of the Health Center who have outlived their financial resources.  Subsidies to Members bridge the gap of government reimbursement (Medicaid) shortfall.  Our promise is that no Member will ever have to move due to financial constraints.
  • Capital Improvements contributions are earmarked for facility upgrades, maintenance, purchase of equipment and vehicles, or improvements to assure the health and safety of Members.
  • Employee Appreciation and Need Fund donations allow The Manor to train, reward and support The Manor’s 150 employees.  This support helps ensure high quality services and care for every Member.

Tribute and Memorial Gifts
The tribute and memorial gift program provides a way to remember a loved one you have lost or to pay tribute to special people by making a donation in their name.  These gifts can be directed to a specific fund or used for the greatest needs of The Manor. Gifts are noted with a thank you acknowledgement, indicating the amount of contribution.  Notification will be offered, with gift amount undisclosed, to whomever you request.

Lifetimes, a Campaign for Oklahoma Methodist Manor
We are embarking on the most ambitious project ever in the history of Oklahoma Methodist Manor to redevelop our 40-acre campus and to expand the continuum of care. Your donation to Lifetimes will help us expand and improve our ability to serve the needs of our most faithful citizens in the years to come.  This vision for The Manor will impact Members and be a blessing to the Tulsa community in many ways:

  • The Spann Wellness Center will provide cardio-pulmonary and strength conditioning and include a pool and walking track;
  • A new Memory Support Assisted Living Center will offer a multitude of resources for residents with mid-stage dementia;
  • The renovated Health Center will create an inviting homelike atmosphere for residents and their families;
  • A dramatic Campus Boulevard will enhance security, expand parking, increase handicap access and guide guest more easily to their campus destinations.

Contact the Development Office to learn how you can support the Lifetimes Campaign.

Planned Giving
Many of our friends have generously demonstrated their commitment to the mission and future of The Manor by way of a planned gift.  Leaving a gift is a uniquely personal decision, but the mechanics of such support are straightforward, and include;

  • Naming OMM as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement account
  • Receiving a lifetime income through a Charitable Gift Annuity*
  • Arranging for a gift through your will or trust as a defined dollar amount, a percentage of estate or remainder amount, or specific items of personal property.

As we plan for the future, it is helpful to be aware of forthcoming gifts.  If you are interested in designating a planned gift or making a gift that may further your financial goals, you can notify us by completing a brief form here.
